Fueling the Future: A Next-Gen Service Hub in Broadmeadows
Our latest project for United Service Stations in Broadmeadows showcases a highly functional, future-ready fuel and retail hub designed to support both everyday motorists and the growing freight and logistics network moving through Melbourne’s north.
Located on a prominent 9,400m² site, this development involved the construction of a modern service station complete with a Quick Stop retail store, providing convenient access to essential goods, food and fuel in one streamlined location. Reflecting United’s forward-thinking approach, the site also includes two provisioned tenancies – one purpose-designed for a restaurant with drive-through capability, and another suited to a takeaway food or convenience operator, allowing the precinct to evolve and expand as customer demand increases.

To further enhance functionality, the site features two distinct fuelling areas positioned under expansive canopies totalling 500m². One canopy services passenger vehicles with ease of access and high throughput, while the second is purpose-built for heavy vehicles, including semi-trailers and commercial transport fleets. This dedicated heavy-vehicle zone ensures safe movement, efficient refuelling and improved traffic flow throughout the site.
The total building area spans 600m², encompassing operational facilities alongside flexible spaces for the future retail tenancies. This adaptability ensures long-term commercial performance while providing the community with a modern, well-planned service destination.
