Located in Larapinta, the Vawdrey Brisbane project was delivered for our client Vawdrey Australia as a comprehensive design and construct facility tailored to support their trailer sales, servicing and maintenance operations. Vawdrey Australia is a nationally recognised leader in the design, manufacture and servicing of heavy-duty transport equipment, supplying high-performance trailer solutions to major freight, logistics and transport operators across Australia. Built to Perform: A Future-Ready Facility for Vawdrey Australia’s Service and Sales
Set across an expansive 18,400m² site, the development has been carefully planned to combine industrial efficiency with functional office accommodation. With a total building area of 4,500m², the facility is anchored by a purpose-built 3,200m² workshop, designed to support a full range of trailer servicing and maintenance activities. The workshop layout prioritises workflow optimisation, durability and safe vehicle circulation, ensuring the space can perform under the demands of heavy-duty operations.
A 1,000m² canopy provides critical sheltered space for vehicle manoeuvring and outdoor servicing, improving operational flexibility and productivity in all weather conditions. Complementing the industrial component is a 600m² single-storey office, designed to support staff productivity and client engagement through modern amenities and a practical, well-connected layout that enables efficient interaction between office and workshop teams.
